HELP! Electrical problem! :x

I just finished my KA(de)->SR swap. It was auto->manual. Abs->non abs.
Originally it wasn't cranking. Jake and I bypassed the starter and its now cranking.
Here's what we figured out...
The fuel pump is recieving power... I can't hear it upon startup though... Possibly a bad fuel pump?

The injectors are recieving power
The Cam angle sensor is recieving power
The Ecu is recieving power and works**
The ignitor works** but doesnt recieve any power (on either end of the connectors)
The O2 sensor is recieving power

Heres whats not working
The ignitors are recieving NO power
The coilpacks are recieving NO power.

**works as tested on a different sr20det.

i was having the same kind of problem it was a ground to my cas that was messed up somewhere. when the cas had power the coils didnt and when i unpluged the cas the coils had power.
